With the premiere of "Promethean Fire", 11 February 2023 , the Vienna State Ballet presents for the first time two outstanding artists of American Modern Dance: Paul Taylor and Mark Morris. Their two choreographies "Promethean Fire" and "Beaux" are located at the outer edges of the Prometheus motif - between hubris and humanity, catastrophe and beauty, creation and transience.
