Greta PIeropan

Greta Pieropan holds a degree in Modern Philology, with a focus on journalism and the performing arts. Since 2014, she has collaborated with festivals, dance companies, and artists to develop communication and storytelling strategies aimed at diverse audiences. She has served as Head of Communication for Dance Well, a European project promoting dance practice for people with Parkinson’s, and has been a partner of the Aerowaves network as well as a board member of the European Dancehouse Network (EDN).

Her work embraces dance dramaturgy as a relational practice — one that fosters context, listening, and accessibility — and she likes to describe herself as “the friendly neighbourhood dramaturg.” From the rehearsal room to project development, from moderating public conversations to leading workshops for professionals and non-professionals alike, from digital to traditional communication, Greta is always behind the scenes, supporting the many stages of dance.
